I want to have the child born in England but educated in Sri Lanka- the education system is a lot beter in Sri Lanka and in England the children have no respect for their teachers. Also i want the child to have a good Buddhist education- that would not be possible in England.

Thanx dude! The visa problem was sorted out when i went to Lanka in december.. She is now with me in England until May when we will return to Lanka in time for Wesak.

I'm applying for a residency visa for Lanka first, then in June when Sanjee's visa finishes we are applying for a 5 or 10 year visa to England.
Dual citizenship will come after this period.
