Gay person can enter heaven. Allah never says he will punish gay people. He only says he will punish people who will approach gay acts (like sodomy) or do them.Okay then. That's common sense. In Islam anything which hurts someone is a sin. Also anything which hurts ourselves (like alcohol/drugs/adultery) is also a sin.And then there's a problem in judging what things hurt. Different people will have different opinions of things which hurt others. Someone might think it's okay to rape, for example.So in order to overcome the problem which will be caused by society as a result of morals differing...Islam offers a set of objective morals. And these objective morals are determined by God who has created us and know us best.Thus objective moralism is the best way forwards rather than having a general rule "everything which hurts others is a sin".In additional to the set of rules governed by the objective moralism as determined by God..we also have extra rules (commandments) that God imposes on us in order to test our faiths. So that we could see whether we are worthy of a good or better reward or not.Sri Lanka is a Buddhist country and in here, it is illegal to be gay. Explain!The choices we make is not affected by God's will. But we don't know the future. We are not in control of other things which could happen to us. We could die any second for example.
