This is very unfair.(i) In Sri Lanka, a person with absolute humble beginings and low caste. CAN reach the top. Example: Former president R. Premadasa.(ii)African Americans always wanted to join hands  with the White Americans in a united USA . On the other hand , Sri Lankan Tamils (at least the majority "was"), always wanted to seperate themselves from the Sinhalese. With this attitude, A Tamil prsident will be a unlikely reality and you cannot complaint. If you want the majority to vote for you, trying telling them "Let's live together"</blockquote>
