Image manipulation software required

Anyone know a software which can,

1. Resize images,
2. Convert to difference archival formats (eg: bmp to jpeg)

, which creates shell extensions to the right click menu of image files?

That is, for example, when you right click a bmp file, there should be an entry in the menu, to convert it to some other format AND resize it.

Yes......... i remember like that kind of things......... However It's easier than other s/w !!!! try to use an old version of ACD see !!!

I just checked it. It doesn't create those right click menu extensions.

I don't like to use old software. More that the need for a new one, I want something more compatible with Vista.
