Simply , we didn`t find anybody to tell us where the truth is , many people from Sri lanka told us that they support Tamil Tigers and asked us to represent Tamil Elam not Sri Lanka .

We find people from Sri Lanka do nothing but just insulting WUB and their member , we don`t know anything about your conflict but we need Bloggers from Sri Lanka to write about this and tell us your point of view to make the world know who is the right and who is the wrong ..

But what you does not know is that there is a hidden agenda between all these. Tiger's Leader's Prabhaharan's son won't be able to study in England if there wasn't this war. Prabha won't get rich like this, if there wasn't this war.

But Prabha is a good leader, he managed to change the minds of some Tamil people. Now they beleive him. That's why they also wanted an eelam. otherwise all the people in Sri Lanka lived happily. (eventhough there were some small incidents, there wasn't a war)

I'll give my details to you soon, after finding out whether you are the true chief of WUB, buddy...

Then I'll tell the truth in more detail...

Yes I went the WUB and surfed a bit...

I got to know that you are the chief... I mean a person called "Sharm" is the chief...

But brother Liberation of Tamil Tigers of Eelam (LTTE) is a terrorist organisation in Sri Lanka. Eventhough I am not living in Sri Lanka my family do. So I need to make sure that I am not talking to a person who will be a threat to me...

That's why I'm just trying to make sure that you are the real Sharm brother....

Answering you questions...

Sinhalese, Tamils, Muslims, Burgher are the main four different types of people live in Sri Lanka. There are several religions as well. (Buddhism, Roman Catholic, Christianism, Islam, Hindu) We all live as a single united country - SRI LANKA...

LTTE is a terrorist organisation consist of a minority of Tamil people... Most of them are living abroad. But the few live in Sri Lanka are asking for a seperate territory to the Tamils... But what's the point?? When we all live together under one flag...???

Welupillai Pirabhaharan is the leader of LTTE aka Prabha.

He started this war due to some political reasons and obviously due a hidden agenda. Hidden agenda of having a better life... He doesn't care killing his own people to achieve his own objectives... Yes he even kill his own race (Tamils) to achieve this. And most of all... They have a suicide arm as well.

Any humanitarian organisation won't accept an organisation having a suicide force in my point of view bro..

Brief history of the Ethnic conflict in Sri Lanka

The first south indian settlers came to sri lanka with the invaders from south India between the period of 161BC - 137BC. They came and settled in the northern parts of Sri Lanka where it is very closer to the south India. Since then, they have been living in harmony with other races such as Sinhalese and Muslims in that region.

The second set of settlers were brought to Sri Lanka by the British government to work in their tea plantations hence the new tamil (south indian) settlements in the upcountry (central highland part in Sri Lanka) region. Upto this date, those settlers are living in harmony with other races including a majority of sinhalese and muslims.

The first spark of the ethnic conflict was set by some insanely politically blinded & stupid south Indian politicians and their side kicks (mainly tamils) in Sri Lankan parliament. They've had this concept called "greater India" (i've forgotten the charming tamil name for it), and the concept is simply to politically influence/take over the smaller nations around her. The cunning south Indian politicians knew the only way to start a conflict and divide Sri Lanka is by arming the tamil youth. The young tamil generation being naive and innocent started rioting in the northern parts of Sri Lanka thinking the south Indian politicians would deliver the "Promised land". most of the sinhala and tamil politicians in colombo including controversial "Amirthalingam" brushed off the tamil youth activities in Jaffna peninsula as "our boys' silly work". The thing they didnt know was that the "our boys" were growing stronger and stronger everyday..at the end, they have formed LTTE (Liberation TAmil Tigers of Eelam) and the south india lost control over them. Their un-crowned king/leader was Velupillay Prabhakaran. Long story in short, after many civil criminal offences in Sri Lanka's Nothern peninsula, LTTE announced their war against the Sri Lankan government by killing 15 Sri Lankan Army soldiers (by a land mine). Thats sparked a huge outrage amongst the Sinhalese population in Colombo which later on grew in to a massacare of tamils in Colombo, thanks to the fuel added by selfish,opportunistic,spineless politicians. What happened in that 23rd of July 1983 cannot be justified however that shouldnt have been a reason for LTTE to go on a killing spree of innocent children,civillions, buddist priests, catholic priests, muslim muftis, political leaders (including their own supporters in south India eg: Mr. Rajiv Ghandi) and their own tamil people for next 20 years.

LTTE's claim is their "own land" (or Tamil EElam) because apperently the tamils in the other parts of Sri Lanka are getting discriminated. The funny fact is that, upto this date, many tamils are living (in harmony) in every single province in Sri Lanka where as sinhalese people are limited only to western and southern parts. Sinhalese community could never live in nothern or eastern parts of sri lanka as either they've been massacared or chased away by the LTTE. so who's getting discriminated here???

not to forget all the tamil scholars live in Sri lanka as well as in overseas, who were/are priviledged to study in Sri Lankan government schools and universities. not to forget the tamil business community who are well established in various parts of Colombo (Sri Lanka's capital)...in theory, if a so called "discrimination" is happenning for Tamil (South Indian) community, it shouldnt be in Sri Lanka. of course Sri Lankan government army's fighting against the LTTE rebels, but that dosent mean the Sri Lankan government is discriminating Tamils.

In the other hand, there ARE LTTE (or oftenly called as "tamil tigers") supporters out there trying to wipe out the blood stains of the dirty playing tiger. There are communities out there trying to justify the LTTE's brutal killings and destructions. For every single terrorist organisation, there always are supporter. so that dosent make every single tamil a LTTE supporter or a sinhalese a "tamil hater" BUT that is exactly what the LTTE supporting communities trying to show the world.

on a final note, after closely monitorring and closely watching the war in Sri Lanka anyone can conclude that this war was created to fulfil one man's dream, that is V. Prabhakaran's, dream of his own pieace of land where he can be the king. Lots of young tamil lives have sacrificed (and will be sacrfised) to fulfill this selfish mans' dreams.

and that bloody "Tamil Eelam" dream will remain only as a DREAM...not a reality.

WUB Cheif, My friend...I have had a good look at the video clip...Of course i could see many dead bodies and weeping women. But how do we know whether these killings were done by Sri Lankan government army or LTTE it self? We all know anyone can attach a story for a video clip. On the other hand, when there is a war between a government and a terrorist organization there will certainly be civil casualties. In this case, everyone knows how the LTTE uses civilians as human shields, in such situations the civillian fatalities are inevitable..sad situation but thats the truth. Look what happenes in Afganistan..how many civilians die? in Iraq, how many civilians do die by the bombs set up to target the US forces..thats the nature of war..everyone suffers..That being said, whos going to justify so called "humantarian" LTTE's child recruitments?..how are they going to justify the killing of thousands of innocent civilians?? Atleast the Sri Lankan government forces arnt kidnapping school kids to traine for war, or not killing innocent tamils purposly.. If the LTTE is worried about civillians dying in the warzone, why cant they come out and fight like real rebels by not hiding behind/among innocent civillians?? Mate, at the end of the day, terrorists ARE terrorists..LTTE has had many opportunities to call this war a truce and get in to the civilized political stream..but they didnt, WHY?? because their leader, Prabakharan knows the only way he can gain the power by the bullet not the people's ballot..
