There is this shop which gives this really cheap ink called IncChem at Bambalapitiya. I took some for my brand new Epson T10 and its refillable cartridges. The ink clogged the small in-lets in the print head and also clogged the Rs. 3000 worth refillable cartridge. 
NEVER use pigment based ink from IncChem because their ink particle size is too big. I wonder what printers they support anyway
