Do not declare income tax. If you are earning less than 100,000. They are trying to poke people to open tax files. Foreign income is not taxable. Foreign income does not count as taxable income. They say they will charge Rs 50,000 for what earning less than taxable income. Take them to court and screw the tax department. But do not open tax files with them.

Do not open FEEA account or NRFC account. Keep your main stay in Cash.

If you receive any letter from income tax department send it back with the word written R/S on envelope. It means return it to sender. If you not under taxable income.

Keep your money in a tax heaven like Singapore, Seashells , UAE, etc.

How do they track our income if we own a side business that is not registered.

Of Course ... you can choose not to disclose your true income and avoid paying taxes. :D Many 'professionals' do that... doctors, lawyers, accountants so on... ;)

How Business bypass paying any taxes.

Lets say you have Company A, they charge as expense then send it to company B which is in tax heaven, Company B sends it to Company C in Tax heaven as expense. then Company C sends it to Company A as investment.
