OK iwe done some testing with ma new 8800GT, seems this card is very OCable, GDDR3 memory of this card is @ 1800MHz default but the memory chips are rated to run @ 2Ghz..and the i was able to push the core clock up to 700Mhz from the stock 600Mhz, the performance advantage of increasing the Memory speed was minor (i found it doesnt offer any significant performance gain over 1900Mhz) but the core clock really pushed things forward... the overall performace increase was about 10% and varied with different games...

Videos are @ the bottom of the post

But first heres the card and the package :

The packaging is very plain and the box is very small (not like the gigantic ASUS packages)

Heres the front of the Card, nothing very fancy its the reference Nvidia Desighn.

    Back of the PCB...

    GRAW 2 full DVD bundle

This is all the stuff that came with this package...

After Ocing i ran the 3Dmark 2006 @ standard testing profile (1280x1024, no FSAA, full anistrophic filtering da.da...da) this is the result (core clock @ 700Mhz and Memory @1900Mhz)

remember that even tho i set the memory clock to 1900Mhz, it will do just fine @ 2Ghz...kudos to Inno3D for using quality GDDR3 chips..

Macho thanX nVidia for using DDR3 chips.OEM'S never make cards .All hi-end cards made by nVIDIA & OEMS rebrand it like they create.

Look ASUS/MSI/Inno3D/ every card is looks same (OEMs can change referance cooler)

yeap and ur CPU is clocked lower than mine i think both of them caused the lower 3d marks

how can P35 be SLI :O

    oops typo, it's P5N32-SLI

But even your score at stock speed is over 11000 right ?

yeah it is just a lil bit over 11000...as i said it must be the CPU

Yes I know the score includes the CPU as well but why is the SM2.0 & SM3.0 lower than yours (500 difference) ?
