Check the country before you go. Some countries only need the photocopy of original Sri Lankan licence to to stamped by foreign ministry.But u need to pay 500rs to RMV to get this paper to foreign ministry . I think AA of Sri Lanka is charging 8800 for International Licence. But u need paper from RMV. </blockquote>
