dont think there is any machan.... cuz when installing it does the WGA validation.... so i guess wht u can do is to apply the latest WGA patch n install IE 7 from the MS site itself......

btw.... why did u want to go 4 IE7..... i personally think its a crappy browser.... why not try Opera or FireFox.........
