Hi folks, if you're also experiencing the famous camera shaking issue in your new iPhone 14 Pro Max, there are a few temporary fixes. (albeit being a bit stodgy one) Sadly these are app specific so you'll have to try which one works for you. However, every popular app can be adjusted at least one of these 4 ways.
1. You can temporary use the two smaller cameras instead of the main 48MP one, or the selfie cam when opening the cam through apps. Turning off OIS works as well, but most apps don't have this feature.
2. Setting the Main camera resolution to 8MP fixes the shaking bug in apps that allow it in the settings. Most popular apps allow this, but the option maybe buried in the settings. You can do a search on how to do it for TikTok, Instagram/FB, Snapchat, Whatsapp and most other popular apps.
3. Weirdly enough, turning on iOS 16 power saving mode seems to stop the camera shake in some apps like TikTok and Instagram. So if you're in a pinch, do try that. A16 is quite powerful as we all know, and the performance drop is completely unnoticeable.
4. There are no issues when using the main camera app, so just use that to take pictures and videos and upload to apps from there, instead of trying the in situ implementation.
