How can I import Videos from my computer to iPod A1288 phone....I have itunes software already.

Are you talking about a Gen 2 Ipod Touch?
If so convert videos in to ipod compatible file type and add them in to your iTunes library.
Then connect Ipod,go to iTunes and select the videos you want to sync and click sync.
