    Anyway ADSL 2+ is not a must and srilanka has not launched ADSL 2+ yet.

    ADSL 2+ only needed if you transmit HD content through IPTV. You can give ADSL 2+ only around a small distance from the exchange.

    As i said earlier IPTV used local bandwidth. They have no need to increase their global connectivity. It only needs a connection between your home and the SLT Media servers. That conenction needs to be high bandwidth, not your connectivity to WWW.
