This is the F-15 Eagle Combat Aircraft.
However the airframe and design of this aircraft is not capable of withstanding the extreme pressures of an underwater launch. Currently there are no aircraft in the world that can be launched underwater, then break the surface and become airbourne.
The f-15 engines need air from the moment it ignites. so there is no way for it to be launched from under water HAHAHA

This video originally shows a TRIDENT Ballistic Missile being launched from a Submarine.

Then whoever did it simply superimposed the image of a F-15 over that.
