A known Doctor told me that he got to know that many people are doing abortions because they cannot afford to give food and education to an extra child.
It's TRUE that its parents fault that they have not used a reliable contraceptive method. Anyway, as this is happening, many people believe that there should be some program implemented through the government to support the kids of families with financial needs. Thereby reducing the preventable abortions

It's estimated that there are more than 250,000 abortions are carried out annually.

Evidently about 80% of these are by married women, and already had one or two children. The apparent reasons being their pregnancy was too soon after the last delivery, poverty and foreign employment.

Although nearly 94% are aware of family planning methods, less than 40% use these.
