It's been a sudden  transition from one to the other." 29 year old Kim, who is thought to be dating Dallas Cowboys star Miles Austin also looked 'visibly tired' and 'pale' as she landed at London's Heathrow Airport and is said to have taken up a 'carb-heavy' diet.  A source close to the reality TV star has since claimed that Kim is NOT pregnant, but Kardashian has made no secret of her desire to become a mum. Back in October 2009, Kim previously said: "Family is the most  important thing in my life.
