Kim Kardashian could be pregnant after the socialite was spotted buying pregnancy tests during her promotional visit to London.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, who claimed in an interview with Radio 1 that she would consider cosmetic surgery after having kids is rumoured to be expecting her first child.
According to Life & Style, Kim and her mother Kris Jenner hit the Boots store on Sunday where she 'picked up' three home pregnancy test kits.
Onlooker Caroline Bell told the website: "She picked up three Clearblue tests. I did a double-take, as I couldn't believe it was her."
A shop assistant who was working at the Boots store has also confirmed that Kim and her mother were shopping in the shop on Sunday.
Fuelling pregnancy rumours further, an insider added that the former Playboy model was wearing 'loose-fitting clothes' in favour of her usual skin-tight attire.
They added: "Kim has swapped her trademark skintight dresses for a lot of loose fitting tops and even ponchos. It's been a sudden transition from one to the other."
29 year old Kim, who is thought to be dating Dallas Cowboys star Miles Austin also looked 'visibly tired' and 'pale' as she landed at London's Heathrow Airport and is said to have taken up a 'carb-heavy' diet.
A source close to the reality TV star has since claimed that Kim is NOT pregnant, but Kardashian has made no secret of her desire to become a mum.
Back in October 2009, Kim previously said: "Family is the most important thing in my life. I always had a vision I'd be married with one kid by the time I'm 30."
