Washing toilets is not a common jobs for Sri Lankans. But I'm not telling people don't do it. Anyway this attitude is what's wrong in Sri Lanka. Why do you say washing a toilet is a dirty work? Don't you wash your toilet? In western countries it is considered to be a hard and a valuable job. Bacause only a few can do that job and we really need them to have our toilets clean. So we really love them and treat them as gentlemen. Normaly a cleaner would earn around $1000 for a week. A normal office worker would earn around $1500 a week. So we all live in the same situation and same status. But the Sri Lankan attitude creates an impression saying some jobs are good and some jobs are dirty. That's the attitude which leaves us in our current situation. and I'm sure because of that attitude many people have left the country. (e.g. The mechanics of German Tech)</blockquote>
