but considering the facts i would say Iceland..

I have visited Germany for 3 months.The moment i landed there,I was thinking when Im gonna go back to my beloved country SRI LANKA

Well the roads are dusty.Environment it depends.You have so many verities.temperature 5 C to 40 C.

All the factors have to be considered.
SL spend great part of its budget for security.If war ends that part can be directly spend on other crucial area that needs rapid development

SL must be #1 or better than that.. Sri Lankans, Our culture...Ah I forgot.. This only applied if there's No greedy, needy, smelly Politicians in this country as well..
