Politicans come and go. As a country we need a national policy. When another political party come to the power, they wants to start something new. Don't want to continue what previous goverment started. We are still using railways which developed by britsih. One of Govt, planned Mahaweli Project to finish in 25 years (one by one), by President Jayawardena decided to put it in a Fast Track and finished it within about 5 years. Past Govt. started Highway project from Colombo to Katunayake Airport. They have allocated some money and before it start most of allocations vanished. This is kind a politics. Don't get messed up with the concept of Politics - Politicians - Poltical Parties - Government, Geography, Economy etc</blockquote>
