The Israeli navy made contact with a Libyan aid ship bound for the Gaza Stripon Tuesday, but its commandos have not boarded the vessel, the Israeli military said.
"The navy just began its process of trying to stop the ship," a military spokeswoman said. "At this time the process of communicating with them has begun."
