As the IT Assistant you will be mainly responsible for in house hardware and software maintenance to ensure smooth operation of systems.

*Deploy and maintain local computers Operating system and hardware support periodically.
*Deploy and maintain network equipment.
*Manage new computer setup and other IT requirement for new staffs.
*Maintenance and control of IT hardware inventory and applications licenses.
*Interact with IT service providers at operational level for any connectivity troubleshooting support required.
*Handle daily hardware and software issues.
*Perform and monitor daily backups.
*Visit group factories based on requirement.
################################## The ideal candidate should have the following prerequisites #############################
*Diploma in IT, Hardware or Networking will be an added advantage.
*Minimum 02 year's experience in similar capacity.
*Excellent inter-personnel skills.
*Ability to provide prompt and courteous service to Internal Staff.
*Candidate who is living in close proximity between Maharagama, Boralesgamuwa, Kohuwala, Nugegoda, Piliyandala and dehiwala areas will be preferred.
*Valid Driving License and a Bike. (Not for field work)
