පලවෙනි ජොබ් එක හොයාගන්න තල්ලුවක් ලැබෙන්න පුළුවන් work experience නැති නිසා ..එත් එතනින් එහාට ලොකු වැදගත් කමක් නම් එන්නේ නැ...

මම උබ apply කරන company එකේ ceo හරි මොකෙක් හරි නම්....මම බලන්නේ උබේ cetificate එකට කලින්....පොඩ්ඩක් මොලේ කල්පනා කරලා වැඩ කරන්න පුළුවන් ද කියල....

සරලවම...උබට certificate 100 ක් තිබ්බත් ප්‍රයෝගික නැත්නම්...වැඩක් හරියට කරගන්න බැරිනම්....මම පඩි දීල උබව hire කරන්නේ නැනේ...​
