if you finish the task then you are free to go. I have not yet stayed at home without applying for a leave because I have finished my work. but I frequently leave early and some time take spontaneous unplanned leaved when the work is done.

I am working from 8.30 to 12.30 in the mid night. But it changes the leaving time. but not before 8.30 p.m.

In my company they have installed a time tool in PCs to track the time.But the worst thing is it's getting screen shots every 5 mins.So we can't check our personal things.I mean emails,fb those stuff.If we want, we can push break button of the software and do.But it's horrible.Are you guys are also facing to an experience like this?
