The market is so competitive in a way that even experienced people cannot find jobs or many are getting laid-off. Focus on your strength. Or, go for student visa to do a IT degree wherever you like.If the answer is no, then there are lot of courses online. Just search in Facebook to find out about private institutions. There are a lot. But be careful not to fall for scams.</blockquote>
