• Being responsible for networking, installation and maintenance services.
• Providing support for Windows and Linux issues
• Being responsible for the monitoring and evaluating of the effectiveness and reliability of System.
• Assisting the network manager with support requests
• Having positive attitude towards customer service and good ENGLISH communication skills
• Willing to learn new technology and & ability to multi task.
• Having knowledge on Telecommunication industry will definitely be an advantage.
