Guys what are the average salaries for Technical Leads and Associate Tech Leads (Java) in Sri lanka these days?

How about salaries in different companies such as ifs/mit/virtusa/cambio/directfn/99x etc...

It depends on the qualifications and experiences you have. I guess for a tech lead usually it will be more than 3 lakhs .

i too thought it should be 2.5+ for a tech lead... not sure about associate tech lead salary...
but want to know a bit more precise number... and how it differs from one company to another...

i thought ifs salaries are lower than that... if they are in this range that's good..
at directfn it's bit more than this range as i know....
and leapset is known to pay huge salaries + big workoad...

ASE - 6 month / 1 year
SE - 2 / 4 years
SSE - 3 years ++
SSE + Team lead - 1 / 2 years
ATL - 1 year ++
TL - 5 years - 10 years
PM / SA / TE

But some companies in Sri Lanka (only position - Mostly web sites development companies..)

ASE - 3 month
SE - 1 year
SSE - 1 year then
TL / SA - Salary 50000 - 90000
But these kind of guys at least don't know different about Website and Web application.

SSE + Team lead - 1 / 2 years
ATL - 1 year ++
TL - 5 years - 10 years

SSE + team lead -> SSE doing the team lead role? (thats rare i guess)
and ATL 1 year++ ?
