Looking for an IT technical individual to assist IT Manager.
Job responsibilities :
Assisting with various user issues,
deploying new laptops/PC’s to users,
monitoring systems and backups as well as troubleshooting issues with our server environment.
Qualifications:
A passion for technology and some hands-on experience with computers is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills are required. Ability to work well with both business and technical users is required. Experience working at a help desk would be ideal.
Location : World Trade Center.
