I'd say ignore the guy and move on. He's merely attempting to stay relevant by replying to some random threads, using this and other fake accounts, and have some sort of human interaction to fill the massive gap in his actual social life. He doesn't mind winning, losing, or even utterly humiliating himself as long as he gets to engage with another person. See what not having friends or a loving family can do to a person.
