    I doubt you would be able to learn everything in Java (I don't think even creators of java knows everything :P) ;).....
    Secondly why you want to learn it through Netbeans? It's just a Integrated Development Environment.... You can always learn it through the old fashion way....(But you can use Netbeans or Eclipse to avoid all the typing for compiling and running)

    I know one that use eclipse. but nothing seems different in those videos because I've used Netbeans to try them.

    No matter what you use, Netbeans or Eclipse, It's just learning Java, You can use any IDE or notepad. You just need the JDK to compile and test.

    Those IDEs and text editors is just to write codes. IDEs are good to reduce you coding time. Don't bother with that, Just learn Java with a book or a video tutorial then code them in Notepad or Netbeans or Eclipse, No need to worry about that.

    For the people who are doing Java, try using Jet brains IntelliJ IDEA it's the best out there....
