The ministry, he said, would not hesitate to take decisions that would improve the team's fortunes for the future. Upali Dharmadasa, the president of Sri Lanka Cricket, has already been asked to submit a report to the ministry on the team's recent string of poor performances.Sri Lanka have struggled since the retirement of Muttiah Muralitharan in July 2010, winning just one Test over the last 18 months, though that one was an historic first-ever victory on South African soil last month.
