I need a nicely design CMS website for a retail company-Site is in French & English

Feature-

• I need lots of banner adds on the site ( I need to be able to manage all the banners)
• I need Popular Brands section on the index page ( I need to be able to manage this from admin
• Need to be able to create Link , sub link from admin and manage them from admin
• I need live chat
• Shop Our Featured Categories / Change this to featured product – I need to be bale to load this from admin with the price product text and Images
• I need facedbook link on the site
• Need to be able to create multiple admin user with rights, roles.
• I need a nice photo gallery – which we can create different event and add photo to the events..
