Tasmani is regional...people dont stay there much. so that is the reason they are taking. Always think why are they taking me there? what is the reason they have removed the job from the list...? the country is not developing fast enough than the people coming. Simple as that. But still they will allow a certain asians to come to keep the salary pressure lower so that company can survive....All this shit is because our stupid fuckers at home could not make a beautiful country for us to work and live happily

Business Analyst jobs කොහොමද ඔහේ..? ගෙදරින් පොරේ ඔසී යන්නලු. දැන් එහෙම රිස්ක් එකක් ගන්න බෑ ඔහේ ජොබක් හොයලා සෙට් වෙන්න තරම්. BA වලට පොයින්ට්ස් කියද මචන්..?
මම නැන්දලගේ ගෙදර බන් හිටියේ.. ගෙදර සල්ලි වලින් ඉගෙන ගත්තේ.. මොකද මචන් සල්ලි හොයන්නය් ඉගෙන ගන්නය් දෙකක් බහ.. මන් නෝමල් එකේ පොඩි ජොබ් දෙකක් වගේ ගහලා සතියට 400 වගේ ශේප් කරගත්ත.. නැන්දලගේ රෙන්ට් ඒකය් ඔක්කම දීලා..
එහෙම නැත්තන් මචන් මෙහෙ ඇවිල්ල කොස් මාරු කරලා පොඩි කොස් කරන්න ඕන එහෙම කරද්දී උන් ක්ලාස් දාන්න වීකෙන්ඩ් වල.. එතකොට හොදට සල්ලි හොයන්න පුළුවන් හැබය් ලොකු කොස් කරන ගමන් සල්ලි හොයන්න ගියොත් හුකා තමා,,මොකද මචන් ඕනෑම යුනි එකක දැන් යුනිට් 3 කරන්නම ඕන අනිවා.. අපේ උන් එන්නේ පත කොස් වලට.. ඕව අස්සේ කොහේ ඉගෙන ගන්නද??
ඒකය් මචන් ප්ලාන් එකක් තියෙන්න ඕන හැමදේටම.. ලංකාවේ කොස් ෆි එක කවර වෙන විදියට සල්ලි රෙඩි කරන වරෙන්..ඔය ඔක්කම සල්ලි හොයතකි බන් ටි.ආර් එක වැදුනම
මම හිතන්නේ උබ මාව වැරදිලා කෝට් කරාද මන්දා.. නමුත් මම රට ගියේ MSc එක කරන්න. computer science වලින් ඒකත්. ඉතින් ජොබ් දෙකක් කරලා සල්ලි හොයන්න අමාරු උනා මචං. අනික මම වැඩ කලේ KFC එකේ. ඉතින් fixed shifts තිබ්බේ නෑ. සතියකට තමා රෝටා එක හදන්නේ. හදිස්සියෙවත් රෝටා එකේ නිවාඩුවක් සෙට් උනොත් එදාටත් මම කාගේ හරි ශිෆ්ට් එකක් ඉල්ලන් කළා. මට සෙට් උනේම closing times. 6 pm to 1 am වගේ. පුක එරෙනවා මගේ ස්ටේෂන් එකේ මැෂින් ටික ගලවලා හොදට හෝදලා ආයේ සෙට් කරන්න ගියහම.

I kinda agree to ur points. let's not forget it has two sides of the story. all my friends migrated alone and with families were able to find jobs within five to six weeks. (Example- Husband got a job within a month and wife within 6 weeks) as .Net developers but in SL they were senior people than just .Net programmers. (Project managers with a programming history) Other guys were devOps Engineers.
software engineers went as Students to do masters. Tech Leads who were running big project is SL started as a small developers in aussi
not all are working there and established. (I agree those students went through shit) but eventually all are settled.
If Aussi is a hell without jobs and 1001 ways of suffering why nobody has ever returned back to SL ? "End of the day it's their choice and the luck plays a key part" Even if we say 1000 reasons not to come, its not enough for keeping them from following their dreams.

let them fail & suffer
let them learn
there is still at least 1% of chance they achieve what they want rite ?
if they are not stronger enough to hang in there, SL is always your home and it has always been. come back. maybe try again later
