Hospital facilities are way better than lanka hospitals even in gov area which is free of charge. Much cleaner. The service and people are the shittiest (Not the military people. They do their job very well.). Especially when it comes to doctors who brag. Even if you pay for some medical services you'll have to wait long hours. If your patient is suffering i suggest you take them home if you do not have any other options.
