They so rarely reject someone bcz it is very difficult to find people for work at super markets.I have few friends who have worked at Keells Super as Management trainees, according to their view it is one of the worst place to work at machan.They later resigned and joined with Haleys company as Management trainees again & they said Haleys is like a heaven when comparing to Keells.Those vacancies never get filled... Check Sunday Lankadeepa news paper since this year January or last year January, those vacancies has been published through out the year.I know JK is a reputed company & Keells super is the best super market chain in SL, but there's a huge labour turnover within Keells, due to lack of job satisfaction.No offense machan...</blockquote>
