settings>firewall> configure rules

if your program has been put in untrusted list you can remove it following this method,

Go to My Security Zone -> blue link on right: Application Activity -> In Category -> go to Restricted or Blocked, then mosue right click over the application You want to change and select Change status -> Trusted
