This is a fatal accident and if he pays the party voluntarily that is ok. Irrespective of what his lawyer said there was no CCTV evidence of he stopping vehicle after accident and he was way out of his side of road and in fact nearly at the edge of end of road. Only drunken person can ride like that and excessive speed is another factor. Granting bail in such cirumtances , considering 1millon compensation promised is not a good thing. So rich can drive negligently and kill people and court will bail out .</p></blockquote><p></p>
