Unfortunately her yearnings did not materialize. "When will I be able to get out of this hell? I am not sure whether it might ever happen," she writes with frustration and finality. At last in the battle with Sri Lankan Army, she was a victim and finally her death liberated her from her daily agony, anguish, mental torture and ever burning desire to meet her family once and for all. She is no more. Let her soul rest in peace. It is time that Tamil mothers and fathers, brothers and sisters jointly come forward to liberate the children who have been forcefully conscripted to fight an irrational and meaningless war.
