WiMax is not a CDMA network and if you look into it then you will see that WiMax has a much greater speed capactiy.The speeds that are quoted in this link are real and I know because I have seen them and even ran a few of them, and yes signal strength was good and line of site to their "towers" but a network is only as good as the operators and the techs that work for them and at this moment in time I have no faith in either of them, so the simple solution is to not use them any more.</blockquote>
