Anyway, what I look for when buying a house: No threewheeler owners around with subwoofers. They come at the dead of the night with the thundering boom boom noise.
Good Dialog signals.
Water source in the land.

Also in the current political situation don't trust about highways, that's a fairy tale.

Anyway the land is worth, I wish I could consider buying it.

You’re so damn right about three wheelers. However, It’s a very good neighborhood and I can assure you that you won’t find any neighbour who uses a three wheeler as their family vehicle. But there will be three wheelers in the road sometimes. It is a very common thing about these kinds of areas.

The land is located near a tank. Therefore, it has a very rich groundwater composition.

I really don’t know about dialog signals. I’ll let you know about that later.

And again, I have to agree with you about the highway situation . However, recently the foundation for the entrance had been laid and it has considerably increased the value of the land around this area.
