Promoted by Larsen and Toubro Limited (L&T) India’s largest engineering conglomerate, will reach a height of 246 meters and comprise 59 floors over an area of 1.5 million square feet.The tower township, the first of its kind, will feature 177 luxury residential apartments on 19 floors, including six penthouses and 128 serviced apartments on eight floors in addition to 10 floors of high end commercial space.It will also include special amenities for residential, serviced apartments and commercial offices with nine floors for vehicle parking.
