Virtusa Starting Salary Rs 35,000/= and have to work more than 12 hours daily.. worst IT company in Sri Lankan its just like IT garment.. their managers always do schedules thinking man day has 12 hours of work poor company poor management.. Im also working in IT company but last 2yrs i think i work only 2 days of 12 hour work.. normally we work 8 hours in our company..

executive jobs doesn't hv overtime machan.. IT field no overtime in SL most of the virtusian people went to ofc around 9am and going off after 9pm

u people have misunderstood. he talk is talking about people who can conribute for the industry. not about every passing out graduate. How many graduates can handle the a massive work load into a given time ? not many ha. lot of graduates are doing non IT related Jobs. Becase there arnt many "qualified" programmers, system designers and creative mechanics. All the current graduates are just another chip of a old block think again

we jst discuss abt virtusa strategy they want to create IT garments actually virtusa interviews are not tough.. they ask simple things and gv 35k but hv to work 12+ hours..

most of the experience guys hate virtusa.. coz virtusa wants robots not thinkable people.. i interview quite number of people frm virtusa to our cmpny they only knows what they did @ their.. nothing more than that..

This Virtusa guy wants 5000 graduates to expand his company with low cost graduates they want robots.. most of Moratuwa Students join with WSO2 and other companies..

not sure about the present-day situation, not wonder if this has happened it.

easily more than 12 years ago Virtusa, originally as eRUNWAY, used to take milk round from the mora. most of our fellows went with it as the remuneration package, opportunity and reputation were far better than present-day. time has changed everything......
