If there is a popular university offering a demanded degree, that means the degree is a good quality one which will give the student a good discipline.. how do we get to know if a person from USA with a degree is good or bad? how do we know about russian medical degrees? thats the sense people should have, considering the country, campus and education system, one should be able to understand whether it is a standard quality and recognized degree or not..and if there are institutes offering unrecognized, low quality degrees, they will definitely go down..</blockquote>
