I Hope you all will listen to my side of the story and understand. I studied at an International School, Both O/L and A/L and I did have a liking to enter Local University as well, so I spoke to the University Grants Commission and asked them if I can enter a University here and they said that I can't since they expect GCE O/L and A/L and it is highly competitive to enter. I had no liking to go abroad since I did not like the atitude of some of the foreign University representetives and above all I like this Country and the culture a lot  Currently I am studing for my Degree in Computing at APIIT, if not for places like APIIT, ACBT etc youngsters like us would have been just no where, and I do understand the agony that Students who have no access to higher education undergo. Every child in this country (in this case the world)should have access to higher education, free education is where education is free of charge as well as freely accessible. If Higher Education in Sri Lanka is only limited for those who get very high results on what ground can we call it freely accessible in turn justify it as Free Education Therefore please understand the plight of such students, afterall we all are children of Mother Lanka, for those who had the luck and benifit of obtaining free education, please for once think of students like us and give us one chance to stand up and we all can get together and do a yoremans service to the benifit of this Country and Community Thank You</blockquote>
