The ppl outedfrom the local medical degree are very smart and need , that cannot be obtain in those russian universiaties .they just give the degree for the money.No body cannot agree that A/L is a good mesure of smarteness . so only thesmartest ppl are selected to the medical colleage.  For me I respect our localuni MMBS doctors . I always went them with a respect .But in a field like engineering or computer science it's just a normal thing. The risk is lower. Even there are IEEE tests are there . Think about fixing a bridge how many tests are done before it opened. So the risks are very low. But thedoctors are not like that. They dealing with the huaman body. They sometimescutting the human body. So he/she should be extremely smart.But for a engineering degree  , or a computer science degree, I think thatit's oky. In the field of engineering or computer science you can make your self job. think if you have a IT degree and smart , you can work as a freelancer.well personally what I want is to become a C++/win32/MFC/QT freelancer programmer. Compared to the medical engineering field is like a pillow as I think. we just study before a 11/2 and month and study sat for the exam. Butthe medical is non like that.</blockquote>
