unity pl shops cannot be trusted as they are not agents. I saw a person who was badly let down by one of those popular places in Unity. I my self bought my sencod lap from Unity and not at all happy .I bought my first one from agents and now regret going for these cheap ones. So, my advice is to buy form the agents. My first lap which I bought from the agent 4 years agao is better than the new one- specially the screen and the keyboard. I do not know whether the new one is genuine, though they said that it had an international warranty.
Go for the agent. If you are looking for a brand globally the most popular one is Toshiba, which has a sizable market share. Dell is equally good.
