You can go for 10" display netbooks at a cost of 50k. I went to unity plaza recently to search for the same sort of same product having the same budget. Acer Aspire one, HP Compaq mini, Lenovo S10, Prolink ATOM laptops were available which met my requirements. Every model they got had similar configurations such that Intel ATOM 1.6Ghz, 160GB HDD, 1GB RAM, wifi/bluetooth, VGA out. Mind you that these don't include optical drives. Nevertheless, I'd be able to manage my work (mostly presentations) with one of those.

If 10.1" is too small for you, then I have no idea what to recommend. maybe second hand laptops? :/
