What is the definition of Leadership? Leadership is a process through which a group of people are motivated towards a certain direction or goal, and they do what they were commanded contently. The leader should be able to have a strong impact on his people. The successful leader is the one who guides a group of people towards a positive direction which enables them to achieve benefits for themselves, so the leader has to be careful in choosing the direction to which he pushes his people. The history is full of stories about leaders who were capable of doing miracles for their people, and about other who sacrificed their lives and privacy for a noble goal. On the other hand, there were other leaders who led their people towards dark future, and some of them used their people to fulfill personal benefits and purposes. Leadership is a very sensitive mission, so the leader should acquire certain special features to enable him to do the best for his people. Is their a magical prescription for people in order to become leaders? Are some people born with the talent of leadership? Are enthusiastic speeches enough for leadership? Can the training accomplish the mission? Does the experience have an effect over leadership? Is it related to age? Do you think that the leader should have distinguished characteristics? Are some of us afraid of the responsibilities of leadership? Does the leader have to be male in order to become successful?
