Don't do open bar. Do a table serve. Our fuckers don't know their limit. They will endup fucking up the ceremony. Best is to take the list of guys who drink and then categorize who drinks most and who drink a little. Then for the guys who drink most 200ml probably will do (In normal restaurants a shot is considers 50ml or 100ml). For the rest 100ml will do. Then do the calculation and probably keep an allowance of 10% more.
