Most companies do review salaries as they can claim that expense by increasing the revenue in accordance with the inflation, but you never get that salary to live a comfy life, unless you get to make more than 100k per month. But if you want to confidently ask for a salary increase <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/yes.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":yes:" title="Yes    :yes:" data-shortname=":yes:" />, it is a must that you first have an alternative job ready, because the employer can always bargain with you, as there are more people waiting to do the same job for even less. But in countries like Australia, there are almost an equivalent number of jobs for the work force, so those concepts can be practiced to a lot extent but obviously not 100%. That is why most people in SL, never take their job so lightly but try to do a side business more seriously, so to lead the best life possible.</blockquote>
